Dude, Where's my Media Player???

Hi there,

I have a pretty straight-forward yet incredibly annoying problem: the MS Media Player on my 1910 has disappeared. I can't reload from the MS www site b/c I get an (incorrect) error window.

There is absolutley no trace of Media Player in PPC file explorer. I did a hard reset with no luck. When I load mp3's I get an error message ("No application associated with this file . . ..")

Any advice is greatly appreciated b/c I can't take riding the metro and bus everyday w/o some background music to drown out crazy people chatter and cell phone yackers.

WMP installer is on the cd that came with the ipaq. There's not enough space to put it in ROM for this model. If you can't find the cd, there are many free alternative media players, take a look in this thread;
