Outlook schedule sync

When I input appointments into my iPaq, they have the correct times, but when they are synced and show up on my desktop Outlook, everything is one hour early. . .any quick fixes or should I just deal with that?

Check the time zone and region setting and daylight saving time setting of your pocketpc and your desktop, they need to match. Here's a detailed tutorial on this subject.
