Showing what is on the desktop on the ipaq, mirror moves

Is there an app available that causes the ipaq to go to whatever you have open on the desktop when it is in the cradle....

ie I open an email from fred on the desktop, the same email opens on the ipaq....
then I open a note and voila the note opens on the ipaq...

Just wondering I have a user commenting that this is happening and the only thing I can think of is they unintentionally installed something.

There are remote display programs that let you see and control pocketpc on the desktop.

But both of these require/use a pop up screen on the host computer.
He is claiming that while the ipaq is docked the ipaq follows along as he goes through his emailsi in the desktop outlook

I am trying to get him to bring the device in so i can check the add/remove programs list......
