Windows CE - German

Someone approached me with an offer to sell a PDA operating with Windows CE 2.11, but in the German language. Can this OS be made to display in English, or is a different version of the OS neccessary for this PDA to display in English? My question may reveal that I am not a tech person. I just don't want to buy a PDA that is in a language I can't understand.

Since the software is flashed into a chip, I would doubt that you can change - possibly if you could get the manufacturer to give you the needed flash file. Contact them and see.

Possibly someone else will have more definitive answers.
