Cannot read map files on SD Card

I've got an X5 with Pocket PC 2002. I've loaded several maps for my Osita and Pocket Streets 2002 programs on an SD card. However the programs will not recognized those maps. They will only pick up ones that are in the main memory. Is there a way to fix this problem? Help please.

Can you see the files in file explorer? If not you might try a soft reset. If you can then I'd wonder if the card is off limits to that sort of thing.

If you can see them there try moving them to the other card and see if it works.

May just be a quirk of the program.
