What is the difference between Outlook and Outlook Express? The reason why I am asking is because I'm thinking about purchasing a PDA. Right now I have Sharp Oz 700 Organizer. But I want to connect directly to e-mail and the internet. I have Outlook Express.

This thread has been moved to the general area, where it may receive more attention.
Outlook is part of MS Office - a full-blown PIM with Diary, Contacts, e-mail, Journal, etc, etc. Outlook Express is basically just an e-mail client, although it can of course store some contact details.
I only have experience of Psion/Epoc machines, and with those I need Outlook (not Express) on PC in order to synchronise with the Psion. I'm assuming that will also be the case with other brands of PDA.
Maybe someone else can come in and comment on this one, please?
