Transfer data from Palm OS to PPC 2002

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get Palm OS information to Pocket PC 2002?

I'm getting my girlfriend the latest iPaq for her b-day and she has a lot of addresses in her Palm m100 she will have to transfer over.

You should synchronize the Palm with Microsoft Outlook before you install ActiveSync and synchronize the Pocket PC. The data should transfer from Outlook to the Pocket PC.

To synchronize the Palm to Outlook, you need to use a program such as Pocket Mirror. The program should be on the Palm's installation disk. When you install Palm Desktop, you have a choice of synchronizing with Palm Desktop or with Outlook. You should choose Outlook. The installation program will configure Pocket Mirror for you once this option is chosen. Hope this helps.
