This might be a stupid question but can you view ebooks on the sony clie and if so what format do you need to be able to do this. Thanks in advanced.

Yes, you can read e-books on your Clie. There are a number of formats for e-books and not all e-books can be read by any one program. Check at www.freewarepalm.com and you'll find a number of good, free e-book readers.
