How do you send Outlook mail to Clie SJ30?

I'm new with handhelds and am just using the Hotsync and Intellisync Lite to sync.

Dates, Address book, To Do list and memos work like a champ. But, I can't figure out how to get Outlook mail down to the Clie.

I enabled it to sync, and successfully sent an email from the clie, but no mail gets downloaded from Outlook?

It sounds like you have the conduit for the mail linked up so I'm wondering how you have Outlook mail structured. The reason I'm wondering is that only MAIL located in the very first mail folder named "Inbox" will be sent to the handheld.
Check that your first folder is "Inbox"and then if that is OK check the Preference settings in Mail on the handheld.

But, my first reaction was....Wha?

I have about 15 folders that show up before Inbox. I have to rearrange all my outlook folders just to get Inbox to dump? YIKES!

I've got

Outlook Today [Mailbox - <username>]
+ folder 1
+ folder 2
+ folder 3
....
Inbox

Since Inbox is a 'special' folder, it (along with several others) can't be moved. So, I guess I have to dream up some new scheme for filing info, such that all folder names sort AFTER "Inbox"?

Incidentally, where did I miss this "Inbox first" requirement? Is it documented someplace? I did RTFM, but saw no hints...
