Generic Bluetooth PAN setup on Windows SP2

I was kindly imprested to see that the Windows SP2 has a Generic Bluetooth Radio driver. This as you know mean now we can make “Personal Area Network (PAN)” networks easily. Here is how I did my. Sharing knowledge can help us all saving time.
