Would this be ok?

CitySelect may, as far as I know, be used on two different handheld devices.
Since I'm not blessed with more than one device, I guess I have an extra unlock key.
I would also guess that this is the case with a whole bunch of you boys and girls hanging around in this area.
So, here comes my big Q: Would it be ok to "trade" unlock keys? Lets say I have a CS6Europe and want CS6NA. Would that be legal?

Please define "legal"! :-)

I believe that the licence says something like "2 units owned by you"... so swapping keys between users would, theoretically, be in breach of that agreement.
