Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows if the classic game 'Centipede' is available for the Pocket PC. If so, can you tell me where I could get it.

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Nikhil Kulkarni

Hi,

I recommend MAME at:

It is an arcade emulator for PocketPC's that will allow you to execute the ROM code from the original arcade machines.

The MAME Centipede ROM can be found by using search term "MAME Centipede ROM" on Google.

You can also play a bunch of games like Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Galaga, and most other early arcade classics too, in pixel-perfect originality! In fact, over a hundred early arcade games are fully playable on the PocketPC. (Or thousands of playable games, including only semi-old games, if running MAME on a desktop)

Anyone know how to use this MAME? I downloaded the MAME program per the link provided in this thread (to work on Pocket PC) and found a ROM for Galaga, but what do I do next???
