File Utility and Viewer

I had loaded some useful things on my iPaq 3635 but then I updated the OS to Pocket PC 2002, now I can't find what I need to replace them. I am looking for a free, easy digital photo and .avi file viewer. I thought the one I had was PK View or something like that, but I can't find anything like that now. Also, this viewer I had, and many other programs, do not allow you to look up higher in the heirarchy for files. In other words, you can't get to the files on the storage card because the default goes no further up than My Documents. I downloaded a nifty utility that made this possible, but can't find it now.

Thanks to both replies, those were exactly what I was looking for. It'd been too long for my feeble brain to recall, thus the need for a PDA...
