I love the back button on my T665, but it recently decided to die. I keep my CLIE in a SONY brand case, but evidently the BACK button wasn't well protected.
Any idea on how I'd get such a thing fixed? I've only had the thing about two months, it's a shame to have such a handy feature stop working. Does anyone have any experience with these things? Did SONY fail to engineer the thing to withstand tough use, or is my broken BACK button a freak occurrence? And can anyone tell me how SONY's repair process works?
