WinXPFile transfer on memory stick

Can you transfer for example a zipped windows program to the memory stick of a Clie and copy it from the memory stick to another pc to install it there?

In such a case using the memory stick as a "shuttle drive"?

Sure, it's super easy. Just open audio player on Clie, click on Menu and on Options and on file transfer and Win XP will open the MemoryStick as a removable disk!
BTW ... I want nice ebooks to read on my Clie. Especialy spanish ones. Got any?

Thanks Tzach but I want to accomplish the transfer via IR.

When I try your solution with IR is only says: "checking connection with host" and that's it, no connection is made.
