without a mouse how is it possible to "right click" and save a image from the net?

About the only thing I've hear is to find the pics in the history folder, and save them from there. You cannot save them directly from pocket ie

3rd party free browser ftxBrowser and 3rd party addon MultiIE have Save image to file option.
