I've got two iPAQs. One is a 3630 which only charges about to about 1/8 of what it does and will basically shut down after close to 15 minutes... maybe. I'm guessing the battery is shot and I've tried the external battery to see if that makes a difference in battery life and it isn't any better. I need to know what to do from this point on the 3630. The warranty has expired

As for the 3635, it was working fine until it was accidentally charged with the wrong power chord (used a 7.5V instead of the 5V adapter). Now it won't turn on unless it's docked in the cradle. Removing it only means it will die within the next few minutes. Does anyone know what the problem would be regarding this, is it fixable or am I looking at waving goodbye to the 3635

Any help with these two issues would be great!!!!

Thanks,

It sounds like your 1st battery is just dead, and the 2nd one was damaged. There are places that will replace battery for you.

Thanks very much for your reply. I'll give those a shot and see what I come up with and let you know. Again, much appreciated.
