best task manager app

am looking for the best task-switching application for my ipaq3630...

one that among others can allow me to close unwanted applications and also power off my unit...

You can do all of that from the iTask menu (hardware button 4).

I just started using DTSysView. It gives you Memory and Battery status, allows you to activate or close single applications, close all applications, and power off. I use it in combination with the Snoopsoft Dashboard and PocketToolman.

I think you can find all of them at PocketGear.

I too thought that iTASK worked quite well, but PocketNav sits in the titlebar (single tap access), get's to the Today screen quick, and most importantly is free.
