Avantgo channels: Why no color?

My colleague and I have m515's and both use Avantgo--he and I even have selected some of the same channels. Problem is, his channels appear in color (all of them) and none of mine do. Because my Palm color display works fine for everything else, the cause would seem to be either:

1) some setting on the m515 that I need to modify, or
2) something with Avantgo that needs to be confirgured differently.

I have e-mailed Palm and they've said my device must be fine. I also e-mailed Avantgo more than a week ago and have not received a reply (because I use their free service, they are under no obligation to figure out my problem).

Any suggestions on how to get my Avantgo channels to appear in color? Under "Preferences" on Avanto I have already selected "Online Images: 65,536 colors," so it shouldn't be related to this setting...

I'd be interested to know the answer to this one too! I'v checked the online image colour box under preferences as well but all I have managed so far is a vague yellow header on the channel that I particularly want to see the icons - they are greyscale now.
