My Palm V has been with me for over 3 years and I just love it. It is running OS 3.3, Hotsync 3.3 and Desktop 3.1.
I just realized that there is no upgrade available on PalmOne for OS or Desktop for my Palm V. That means I can't use it for a lot of sync functions with applications such as Intellisync.
Can anyone help, Please?

PalmOne is No longer offering the Upgrade CD for Palm OS 4.1. The CD's often show up on eBay and there are folks that can do the upgrade for you. The newer desktop offered by PalmOne can be used with your Palm V. There are functions on the new Desktop that you would not be able to use; the Photo and Voice apps are examples. YOur Palm V has about 800k of Flash Ram that you could use to store data or load apps using one of the Jack Flash applications. If you upgrade to OS 4.1 you will only have about 240k. I use a Palm Vx and love it. I do have OS 4.1 installed as I really find the "Notes" app a great addition. There are often good Vxs for sale on eBay. Chris Short is a palm technician and he often has a really shape Vx that he will sell. With the Vx you get the same look and form factor as the V but 8mg of RAM. If you want to email Chris try ips@chartermi.net. I Have purchased a couple of Palms from Chris for friends and they have been rock solid.
