I have problem synchronize with my computer. the active synchronize at my PC was showing that each of the file required to synchronize has marked with 'attention required'. I have installed the active sync 3.7.1 for my ipaq 3975. Recently, my 3715 has arrived, and i have tried to uninstall the previous version of Active Sync, but failed for some reason. So, I would like to know if I should install the CD from 3715 or should i re-install the new version 3.7.1 from the website? Thanks for the help again.

The version I have is 3.7.1 (build 4034). Mine came on the ipaq 4700 cd. I downloaded the website activesync about a month ago and it's version was 3.7.1 as well. I don't know if the build numbers were different.
Mine runs fine and I've left all the configuration settings as the defaults.

I think I downloaded 3.71 as well for my 3975 and my newer 4700. However, each time when i restarted the computer or clicked on the Active Sync., a message saying that the CEUTIL.dll was not found, and it is failed to start. Also, I found it wierd that when i installed the A.S. from the CD, all of the files are saved in my desktop, instead of saving it in a file. What should I do? I have even tried to uninstall the A.S., but can't be able to.
