Can someone tell me about the genuine Sony case for the CLIE? Is it any good? How does it stay closed, with some sort of snap or something? Is it worth getting? I don't want a case that holds tons of other stuff, I already have to carry a briefcase and pocket planner. I just want something to cover my CLIE that looks good, holds closed when I don't want it open and flips open easily without covering the buttons and stylus.
I saw a Japanese version on Ebay that stays closed with a little belt loop closure on the back, and I'm thinking about maybe getting it, too.
Any input would be helpful.

I have the case by Sony. It looks very good. The leather is smooth and there is a little padding inside. The cover attaches with a belt loop underneath. Both sides of the clie are exposed which makes it easy to access the jog dial, back and hold buttons, and the ear phone hole. There are no pockets or slits so you can't carry anything but the clie. It attaches to the two holes on the back of the clie and stays on well. If you need to do a reset, you can lift the back up. The $39.99 retail price is not cheap, but I got 15% off from BestBuy during one of their promos.

I fell in love with my old PIII belt clip case. It was from Palm and had a really nice belt clip that really worked, a heavy plastic insert for damage protection and a velcro flap to hold the Palm in. I never ONCE lost the Palm and not once did the case come off my belt.
When I upgraded two years ago to the Vx, I bought the same Palm case for it and loved IT too.
Last month, Sony made me an offer I couldn't refuse with the T615 but it's too long to fit in my old Vx case. After a coupla weeks of searching, I found the people who made the old cases for palm, Leather International. I called them and they found me the SAME case, made for something Visor makes and sold it to me for under $30....delivered as I remember.
They're worth a look. This is my 3rd.

The stylus is difficult to remove. There is no slot to insert or remove it. You need to have the top flipped all the way over to access it. The case is okay, but I think it is overpriced at $39.99.
I ordered a Sena case and will give a review when I receive it in a couple of days.

I've been checking these things out on line, and the official Sony case seems to be selling pretty well. Can someone tell me about getting the stylus in and out? It looks like it might be blocked by the back of the case.
I have looked at damn near every available case, and I think I need a flip-top case that doesn't have extra pockets and that allows access to the buttons on the side and hot syncs without removing the case. I think that means I have to get the Sony.

My criteria for a case:
Must be able to QUICKLY access Clie
Must be durable
Must be low profile (it's already geeky enough having this on my hip all the time)
Clip must NOT fall off pants
Must be able to charge Clie WITHOUT having to remove it from case
Must be able to access Jog Dial and Button on the side
Must protect Clie screen
Must prevent accidental dislodgement of stylus

It's worth the wait and the money. I love this case.
