I have had my 3635 for about 3 years now and I have always had this problem.
After I install Activesync and it goes through its device detection, it never recognizes the ipaq. In the past I would just disconnect the ipaq from the cradle and reconnect it, and it would establish the connection, but now that I've installed 3.7.1, it will not find it at all.
Please Help if you can!!!
