Staying "Online"

I have a Palm m515 (OS version 4.1) and connect to the internet via a cable and my Motorola T720 cell phone. Each time I connect in a given application, it disconnects when I move to the next application. For example: If I'm working online in Snapper Mail and then move to Blazer to check weather, it disconnects and makes me reconnect to get into Blazer.

Any idea's out there?
