Hello,
I have a strange problem. I just upgraded from a Jornada 568 to the IPAQ 3955. My game folder is on the start menu. To install new games, the software installer asks to remove the games folder from the start menu. But when I go under settings to try to remove the check mark from the games folder, I get this message: "Unable to move this item" This also happens for a few other unrelated programs that I have installed. Consequently, I am unable to install any game. I have used the PPC 2002 and earlier for a few years now and have never faced this problem. Honestly, I am quite perplexed and am at my wits end. Can someone help please? Thanks very much.

Open File Explorer, browse to Windows>Start Menu>Programs, the icon should be in there, Tap and Hold on it, you should see an option to delete it.

Yes; some programs place a shortcut in both the Start Menu folder as well as the Start Menu\Programs folder. When a shortcut is found in the Start Menu folder you get the error you've encountered. Deleting the program from the Start Menu allows you to use the Settings/Menu dialog to check and uncheck the program.
