Special needs timer?

I need a timer with the following features:

Press the button, after a preset or random delay it sounds a beep (which also starts timer), it then counts time between start and external noise picked up by microphone (gunshot for example), and continues to record time intervals between noises and overall time. It will then display all this info on request (interval time, overall time, etc.).

I also need it to beep after a specified time or random time (timer starts) and then beep again after a preset time interval (par time).

Is there a timer program for iPAQ which will do this?
