You are referring to the power plug, that comes out from the loudspeaker on the car navigation kit, right?

Here ya go...
You have all the pieces. The metal ring goes first, then the fuse, then the metal plug, and the black cap screws in to hold it all in place.

That's funny - I had the exact same problem about a month ago. Couldn't figure out why the car cradle wasn't working, figured out the metal prong thing was gone, dug around the glove box and found it, couldn't get it to stay in, dug a little more, found the ring, still didn't work, dug some more, found the fuse. It finally worked. I will certainly pay closer attention to the connections from now on.

Same thing happened to me, and I was lucky enough to be able to dig it out of the cigarette lighter hole. The other problem I had with the GPS City speaker/charger unit was that one of the internal wires from the cigarette plug-in extension broke internal to the unit. First, I cursed National Car rental for giving me a car without power to the cigarette lighter hole. Had to use external battery power. The next time I travelled, the car again didn't power the adapter. So at home I opened it up and sure enough, the red lead had separated from the circuit board. Luckily, I was able to carefully solder it back on, and now it's fine!
For $60, you'd think these things wouldn't fall to pieces.
