MP3's on SD

Sometimes when songs play from my SD they skip (not few sec's on a track but to the next song)

I took them off and placed them back on there and the same thing happens for certain songs.

Any Ideas?

I think the latest ROM upgrade for the 3800 series fixes this problem.
"Windows Media Player skip, jump to the next song, and no audio while playing from an SD card"
