Other solutions to sync folers with an PST?

I would like to sync some sub folders and additional foldes within my PST file. I know I can use PCS for contacts, but I want to sync multiple notes folers as well. I know Active SYNC can't do this natively. I've found one program, Lookout, but it won't configure properly and is no longer supported. I've checked Intellisync and Mightysync, both of these programs only sync files.

Does anyone have any recomendations or possible solutions?
