TMU - Traffic Monitoring Utility Icon MISSING

I do not have a TME - Traffic Monitoring Utility Icon Located on the top of my toolbar when I have my WIFI card on or off. Where is it?? What is wrong?

whacko, On my e740, if the WiFi power saving mode is disabled, the WiFi Icon is not shown. When the Power Savings mode is enabled, the Icon is shown, and it allows the user to turn on or off the WiFi. The feature is located in Settings -> System -> Wireless LAN Utility -> Advancced.
