Up/Down keys in Calendar

Is it possible to use the Up/Down keys to scroll your appointments up and down in calendar rather than moving from day to day.

If you switch to the agenda view you can scroll through the appointments using the up and down cursor. The right and left cursor can be used to go to the next or previous days.

I must be doing something wrong. In both the views that show my appointments (the first and second icons at the bottom of the screen) the up/down keys move from day to day they do not scroll down the appointments.
