Help wanted

Bought a couple of months ago a new revo+
Since, I have been trying to make the thing talk to my home computer (Windows XP) and my laptop (Windows98 SE)
So far no luck, and I came to the stage to throw the thing out of the window.
Is there anyone out there who can help???!!!

First of all, did it come supplied with Psiwin 2.3.3? This is the latest version, and the only one that works with XP.

as i always say you might have the mystery windows 98 nonconnection syndrome (i have this and am fortunate enough to have another computer). i don't know the cure but it just doesn't work.
