Like most of you on this board when you hear about a new pocket pc such as the 4700 the excitement to check it out or possibly buy it is exciting. Well I managed to purchase one from Office Depo and had it for a day but returned it the same day...WHY?
To bulky, crashed several times, sluggish video...and $649.00 does not justify the product.
It's hard to let my 4150 go....

I find that surprising. Mine has never crashed once. The bulk is ok if you consider it has a larger screen than most. Maybe you were running some 3rd party apps that could have been a problem?

Well I love mine. The only problem I find is that some apps won't run properly on the 4700 because theyn were not designed for the vga screen. I even had one crash my 4700 but once I remove that particular app it runs fine.

I'm very sorry to hear you had a problem.
I have been very happy with my hx4700. It's fast, it's been reliable, and I have no complaints.
Perhaps you got a lemon?
