Nokia 6310i & Revo Phone Program

I am trying to upload all of my phone numbers from my revo plus to my nokia 6310i using the Revo PHONE program. When I try to create a new Phonebook the program closes, reason code EIKON-LISTBOX, reason code 4. Why is it doing this?? Any help would be appreciated. Regards.

I don't know why the program should be crashing if all you are doing is opening a new file. I assume you haven't got to the stage of trying to upload entries to the phone?

First thing to try is a 'soft' reset.

If it is crashing while you are uploading to the phone, perhaps you are trying to include entries with too many characters. There seems to be a smaller limit for entries on the SIM card than in the phone's own memory.

Thanks for the reply Mike. I tried the soft reset but still no joy so I had to go for the hard reset which seems to have sorted the problem. Don't ask me why it happened!! Maybe just a corrupt file somewhere. Cheers Mihael
