How do I get Expense on my m515?

can you please help me get expense too.
i bought my palm in Taiwan, Asia and "Expense" was not included.

Hi,
Here is the app. Some problems may exist relating to the conduit. Be sure you have the Palm DeskTop that includes Expense.
