Setting Clock on the AXIM X30

Is there any way to set the clock on the AXIM (Windows Mobile 2003 OS) to a 24hour (military time) format instead of the default12 hour (AM/PM)?

Start--Settings--System tab--Regional Settings--Time tab, choose a time style that starts with a capital H.
