Audiovox Thera users: When I try to access my contact data base through Watcher (phone book icon), the only contacts displayed are those with a First/Last name. Contacts that contain only a Company name are missing.
However, if I access the Outlook contact database through the Start menu, ALL contacts are available.
Audiovox believes that the problem is a design error and not fixable. Verizon does not know what to think. Watcher was developed by Sierra Wireless but I cannot find a User Guide for the program. ANY IDEAS OR SOLUTIONS?
