Hi there. My daughter picked up a couple of "broken" m130's on ebay to see if she could get a working palm out of the bunch. She put together a working screen with a workinng circutboard and installed a new battery. All was well until she noticed the battery would not recharge. She also said that the screen appears "too bright" and she had to adjust the contrast very dark to view it well. The Palm she took the circut board from appears to have a burned out screen - lots of purple splotching. Is anyone aware of this kind of problem? SHe keeps trying batteries but they all drain fast and will not charge. Hard and soft resets, in and out of the cradle have not helped. The screen worked perfectly when I installed it to my own working m130 (no excessive bightness). Is there a fix for this problem?
