I have the m130 and recently installed the keyboard. It crashed today and I am unable to reset it. It is constantly on with the message: Fatal Alert, MemoryMgr.c, Line:4415, Invalid handle.
Can anyone suggest a solution? When i reset from the back of the palm it turns off, starts up with the Palm logo and then right to the Fatal Alert again!!!

It seems you have two apps on your Palm trying to address the same part of the OS at the same time.
YOu will need to do a Hard Reset. Before the hard reset, move everything from the c:\Palm\hotsync ID\backup folder to a temporary folder, and reinstall only the apps prior to the keyboard driver. If you're still getting a fatal error, it's a problem with the app. If it runs fine, continue installing files in small groups until the problem recurs or the Palm is stable.

With a hard reset, all records and entries stored in your handheld are erased. Formats Preferences and other settings are restored to their factory default settings. You can restore any data previously synchronized with your computer during the next HotSync operation. If you're not using a third-party backup utility like BackupBuddy, you may need to reinstall your third-party applications.
To perform a hard reset:
1. Hold down the power button on the front panel of the handheld.
2. While holding down the power button, use the reset tip tool (or similar object without a sharp tip), to gently press the reset button inside the hole on the back panel of your handheld.
3. Release the reset button.
4. When the logo screen appears on the screen, release the power button.
5. When the message appears on the handheld screen warning that you are about to erase all the data stored on your handheld, press the upper half of the scroll button on the front panel of the handheld to complete the hard reset and display the Digitizer screen.
Pressing any other button instead of the upper half of the scroll button will perform a soft reset.
