I just received the pocketop keyboard for my e310 and tried testing it out. At first, I had the handheld positioned upright on the stand (with the keyboard directly in line with the stand), but when I typed on the keys, nothing would come up on the screen.
Then I took the e310 off the stand and placed it on the table so that the infrared port was lined up with the infrared on the keyboard. No go.
I finally had to use the screen rotator option and turn the e310 upside down (placing it back on the stand) to be able to type with the keyboard.
Has anyone else had to do the same thing with their e310? On pocketop's website, they rave about the keyboard's wireless functionality, but to me, you have to have the infrared ports lined up exactly with the right amount of space and angle, or else it's very difficult to get the keyboard to work.
