Ok, on suggestion of some here I have tried (and just purchased) Key Contacts. Great program. I have my entire data base on my handheld (takes very little space) Another program I tried and just purchased is Cloak (keeps passwords, logins, personal information, registration codes, etc) I had tried a small free one, but was not able to print a hard copy for a back up. This is a great little program (No, I don't work for Chapura) I have all of my websites, logins, passwords, serial #'s, Family drivers licenses and SS#, there are all categorized in the program. It even has internet links, but since I use a cable, I cannot hook up to internet with my palm. I also bought Tabers medical dictionary (I have the hard copy but it does not carry well in my pants) Now this is an awesome program. Well, I'll stop rambling about all my cool stuff. (My first palm, duh!)

Thanks for the review Paula. I have not tried Cloak. I'll do the demo.

pd:

If you put all that sensitive information on your Palm and sync it to your PC I would expect that you have your PC password protected.
Unless of course you you don't need that security'

Actually, I do and that has been only recently. Cloak, of course, has to have a password to get into it whether you access it from pc or palm. My pc is protected, also have a firewall thru cable, firewall software. I would like to protect my palm, but when I am on a call, I really don't want to have to mess with passwords for quick medical reference, but have considered it, like maybe a real quick easy one.....like 123 (no that won't be it), just something that would discourage someone who just wanted to look but not spend time trying to get into it.

Paula,
Try OnlyMe from Tranzoa.com.
This is an excellent product to protect your Palm and it can be set to allow you to hit the first key of the code sequence in the first 2 seconds and get in. Beyond 2 seconds you must know the entire code.
