new cradle,still no sync

hi everyone, i received today the new cradle for my 505, still not working so i think it is the USB port in my computer then. I tried to reinstall palm drivers, but it keeps on telling me insert the installation disk, and i did, but the driver is not on the CD, where can i get the palm drivers? thank u all. waiting for my tungsten:) still like the 505:)

Hello, Try clicking on the red and blue hot sync in the lower right side of task bar. Make sure that the USB is checked.

If that does not work, are you able to use other devices on the same USB port that you have the cradle connected to? If not then you may need to go to start, control panel, add new hardware and add USB ports.

I also corrected a non sync problem with a friends hotsync by downloading the latest desktop software from Palm.com and it looked for the USB and found it.
