It takes several minutes for this device to sync. My pprevious iPaq took less than a minute to sync with the same USB connection. If you are using avantgo or any programs that update fron websites & are on a dialup connection it can take a while. asantarosa 11-14-2002, 01:50 PM Actuallly the Avantgo part of the sync is the fastest. What is really slow is the sync with outlook. It takes forever and a day to sync the contacts, mail, calender, etc. PDA Street
