change icons

I was organizing my shortcuts on the programs tab when I came across the idea of puttingmicons. I know there is a folder for games with a nice little icon with cards. is there a way to create more folders with icons such as that one?

Open up to File Explorer and traverse to My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs. You can also use Windows Explorer from the PC you are syncing with. You can create folders and move and create icons to your hearts content.

The folders I know but can we cahnge the image of the folder? like for example how games a some little cards?. Just like in windows that we can change the icon

i know this is from too long ago. however the topic is fresh to me. can anyone enlighten me on this. m using smallmenu and i want more icon folders like that when you install phm plus, such as icon for favorites, my documents, etc.
