i500 sync to Notes and Outlook?

I recently changed jobs and now have both Lotus Notes and MS Outlook to deal with. Is there a way that I can sync my Samsung i500 with each? I am trying to keep the calendars in sync since I am my booked on each system independently.

I currently use Chapura with Outlook and EasySync with Notes. Any help would be appreciated.
