dear friends,

Now i can sync with my serial cable, and the new cradle,USB,that palm sent me charges the unit but doesn't sync. I can't get the drivers for the unit, everytime i try to install hardware, it asks for the CD of installation which inturn doesn't have a driver. What can i do to make my windows 98 see the USB cradle. by the way i use the usb for other hardware so the port is working.

Everything that's needed is installed (or at least should have been installed) with the desktop software. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop software. TRy using the link to get the latest Desktop for the m500 series.
