Are you sure you have downloaded the Acrobat Reader for Palm OS. If not download from here:-

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrmobiledevices.html

This desktop app will auotomatically install the palm reader onto your palm at next hosync.
To put a PDF onto your palm simply go into the desktop and push button "add PDF to transfer list" - the rest is self explanatory.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply to my mail.

I have downloaded the same Acrobat Reader 5.0 and installed on my desktop. During the hotsync, this application is not installed on to my Palm. There is no icon or anything in the palm to identify that the pdf reader is been installed in the palm.

I got the software Documents To Go when I bought Palm. When I try to add any pdf file, it says, Palm doesn't have any pdf reader, try to use a converter.

Might be something wrong in the steps I have followed.

Navdeep

Acrobat Reader Version 5 is a PC application; the Palm OS version is only at version 2, and it is a completely different program that is available for free from Adobe. Follow the link in the previous email and download and install that software, if you have not done so.

Hi,

Thank you, I have downloaded and is working fine. I made a mistake while selecting the platform. I selected windows 2000 instead of palm OS, that was the mistake.
