where are the Windows CE.NET images for netBook Pro now?

Hi folks,

I have noticed on the teknet website of Psion's website, that you are no longer able to download the latest Windows CE.NET images for the netBook Pro. You can still download the SDK, but that is a hefty stuff, I only need the images.

How can I obtain new images now?

I'm not sure if this is the latest build, plus can anyone tell me what I need to check on my Netbook Pro to see if I have this version or an earlier one?

I'm afraid that is the old 18 Feb build. In the meantime Psion released a newer version (with SpreadCE 1.19 built-in) in May/June.
I was wondering they have updated their software lately. It is curious that Psion has removed all the links to download the latest versions !

Apart from the spreadsheet do you know what else is new/fixed?

Fixes of the most recent one (which was public available):
SpreadCE 1.19 was included.
Additional fixes for Bluetooth and WiFi stuff.
Plus some odd bugs.

I tried to find the same thing a few weeks ago - it was not on the Psion site where you were directed them to. I emailed their technical support and several weeks later have still not received a response. I think we are going to be out of luck.

I just looked on Psion Tex site and found the Netbook Pro image dated 15 October 2004. This has the SpreadCE application. I don't know if it is the latest version of the OS but it is a newer one that I had :)

I just saw it now too... the download of the image is now available...
PS: SpreadCE 1.19 was already included in the May release of the image.
The new october image has fixes for:

- Added support for ASUS AGC-100 CF GSM/GPRS Radio card.
- Fixed a problem preventing Static IP from working on the GSM/GPRS O2 Network.
- Added XML MIME Viewer.
- Restored the ability to format SD/MMC Cards.

Could some one post a link to this as I still cannot find it on the PsionTeklogix site - all I can find in the downloads is the SDK.

The link seems to have gone now. I believe that there were some licensing issues regarding distribution of OS images. Maybe this has forced them to pull the link. :mad:
Anybody got any other thoughts?
