Help! Can't access Add/Remove Programs list

Hi all

When I try to access the Add/Remove Programs list, my Netbook resets. I installed WinEpoc just before this happened, but had to delete the program files manually. Does anybody have any idea why?

Check in C:\SYSTEM\INSTALL for a file which isn't a SIS file. Alternatively, if you manually uninstalled WinEPOC, delete it's SIS file if you see it in there also.
