So I noticed the other day that when I try to look up something like an intersection, address, or locations where the name of the place is sorted by name; that things always start with the letter C. If I try to look up a street address and the street begins with a B or A - I will not be able to enter it.

Is there a fix for this? Has anyone experienced this before?

Try re loading your map set (start from scratch with mapinstall or Mapsource.) Your index is somehow fouled up, if you recompile the mapset it will probably fix it.

Try to select which map to search. If you see only City Select, then it's as it's supposed to be so far (but not necessarily correct).
But if there are several options, in spite of you having only City Select loaded, then that's evidence that something went wrong with the address index.

What you see then is the equivalence of what people experience, when they try to make their 60 CS units autoroute with (cheaper) Metroguide maps. Autorouting works, but the address index isn't properly compiled, so they end up being able to search for streets in one map tile only.
